Terms & Conditions

  1. This promotion is open to UK residents, excluding employees of the Promoter, their agencies, and their immediate families.
  2. One 30g Papaya & Pineapple Frusli bar will be sent to each of the first 20,000 people who sign-up to the Jordans Cereals newsletter (the 'Newsletter') from www.jordanscereals.co.uk.
  3. Offer is not open to anyone who subscribed to the Newsletter prior to the start of the offer.
  4. Only one entry per person. A valid e-mail address is required to sign up to the Newsletter.
  5. No purchase necessary.
  6. The offer will end once 20,000 people have signed up to the Newsletter. When all bars have been claimed, the application form will be removed from the website.
  7. Incomplete entry forms are not valid. Your sign up is only complete once you have received an e-mail confirmation from Jordans.
  8. By entering this promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.
  9. No cash or other alternative is available, but in the event of unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
  10. The Promoter's decision is final and binding at all times.
  11. Please allow 28 days for delivery.
  12. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of registering for the newsletter and accepting a free Frusli bar.
  13. The Promoter reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this offer with our without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud).
  14. The Promoter shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.
