Show Calendar 2008

We enjoy meeting our customers and hearing what they think about Jordans so we take a stand at many UK Country and Lifestyle fairs. Here is a list of where you can find us in 2008. Do come and have a chat and discover our latest products.

  • Malvern Spring Garden Show

Spring's most spectacular and spacious gardening show. With a reputation for innovation, inspiration and high quality exhibits, it has become a firm favourite with gardeners of all ages and expertise and is widely regarded as one of the finest and friendliest gardening events of the year.

This is Somerset's premier agricultural show, attracting over 100,000 visitors

  • Pensthorpe

  • 31st May to 1st June

Stand no / location. Jordans are located in the main food marquee on the right hand side.

Pensthorpe, in Norfolk is home to Europe's finest collection of endangered and exotic waterbirds. The annual show, features a stunning traditional food marquee loaded with delicious local food. There's also loads of stands full of plants, flowers and everything for the gardener.

The largest County Show in the South East. Packed full of agricultural exhibits, livestock areas and great shopping.

  • BBC Summer Festival

  • 11th to 15th June

  • Indoor 5 x days

Stand no / location. F131

BBC Good Homes Live, Gardeners World Live and BBC Summer. Three great show rolled into one. Loads of lovely food on show, with live demonstrations by Gordon Ramsay and James Martin.

  • Royal Norfolk Show

  • 25th to 26th June

The Norfolk show is the largest two day show in the Country, and is celebrating it's
100th year of gaining a Royal Charter in 2008.

  • Glastonbury Festival

  • 27th to 29th June

Stand no. E3/09 Located between the Pyramid and The John Peel Stage

This is Britain's largest contemporary music and arts festival. Jordans provide the only breakfast bar on site, serving healthy bowls of cereal to hungry festival go-ers.

  • The Royal Show

  • 3rd to 6th July

Featuring the very best of British Agriculture, and encompassing all aspects of rural life. From livestock and machinery, to country clothing and wholesome food.

  • Great Yorkshire

  • 8th to 10th July

Stand no. Situated in the Main Food Hall on stand no. 549

Packed full of agricultural displays, international showjumping, the Great Yorkshire Cheese and Dairy Show, huge country pursuits area. This is the largest county show in the North of England.

  • New Forest Show

  • 29th to 31st July

Stand no. Main avenue North, block 14

A traditional county show, set in the heart of the new Forest. Despite being a small venue, they have managed to fill it with a huge flower tent, livestock arenas, working bygone areas and loads of country produce to try and buy.

  • Birdfair

  • 15th to 17th August

  • Outdoor 3 x days

Stand no. TBC

The Birdfair is the World's largest and first ever birdwatching fair. The event is full of trade stands selling everything from binoculars to birdseed. Loads of celebrity lectures make this the premier event of it's kind.

  • Chatsworth

  • 29th to 31st August

Stand no. Located in The Rural Crafts Food marquee.

Chatsworth Country Fair is held every year in the grounds of Chatsworth House. It is a celebration of country pursuits and rural life. There's loads of outdoor displays, trade stands and features encompassing rural life.

  • Bestival

  • 5th to 7th September

Stand no. TBC

Bestival is on The Isle of Wight at Robin Hill Country Park. They've taken all the best bits from other festivals and rolled them into one. It holds the world record for largest gathering of people in fancy dress. Jordans are rolling out the breakfast bar again to feed those hungry festival go-ers.

  • Bristol Organic Show

  • 6th to 7th September

  • Marquee 2 x days

Stand location - In the amphitheatre, opposite the food market.

This event is regarded as Europe's largest food and drink festival. The festival is open to all growers, producers and retailers of Organic products. With over 40,000 enthusiastic visitors in 2007, it's sure to be popular again this year.

  • BBC Good Food Show

  • 26th to 30th November

  • Indoor 5 x days

Stand no. K45

This event hosts a fantastic line up of celebrity chef's and wine experts. There's loads of cookery and lecture theatres to give the budding gourmet chef some tips. Over 400 selected food and drink companies are here, selling a mouthwatering selection of food and drinks.
