Country Crisp Ice Cream Topping

My colleague Claire let me into a secret yesterday, it seems Country Crisp makes a perfect topping for ice cream. I am going to give this a go over the weekend as we have friends round for dinner and I need a quick, easy and tasty pudding. I think I will give Raspberry Country Crisp a try first and then move onto Strawberry and Four Nut, I hope my friends don't mind having breakfast cereal for their dinner, as long as it tastes good I don't think they will mind in the slightest. I will report back next week and let you know what they thought...
