Country Crisp Florentines

This is the such a simple, yet really tasty recipe recipe. You could even wrap in pretty tissue paper, wrap with ribbon and give as gifts for birthday or little Easter gifts.
Makes: 12
Prep time: 15 mins, plus cooling
100g Jordans Four Nut Country Crisp
100g 70% dark chocolate
1. Melt the chocolate, either by setting in a bowl over a pan of simmering water, or by breaking into pieces, covering with cling film, and microwaving for 30 seconds in between stirring – this takes about 1 minute 30 seconds.
2. Now cover a baking sheet or tray with a piece of baking parchment. Simply drop teaspoons of the melted chocolate on to the parchment. Now divide the Country Crisp Chunky Nuts between the chocolate discs, making sure that there is a nut on each one.
3. Set aside to cool for at least 30 mins, or store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
4. Serve with coffee, or after dinner, or as an afternoon treat…..
