After eight years at Jordans Paul Bell knows a thing of two about making the clusters for our Country Crisp. Officially Paul is one of our Shift Leaders but we like to call him 'Head Clustermaker'. Paul was here during the installation of the oven where our Country Crisp clusters are baked so he is the expert on making sure our clusters are just right. Like your oven at home, our oven needs expert handling to make sure it is at just the right heat. "We spent a long time getting the cluster recipe right and they taste fantastic." says Paul. He is a fan of our Nut Crunch and makes sure every cluster is just the right size, golden colour and crispy bite.
