Feel Good Be Happy

Dedication's what you need...

Last Sunday has to be the wettest day of the year so far, despite that 2500 people still turned out to slog their way round the Tunbridge Wells half marathon. Our very own Paul Jaggard (alongside Dame Kelly and friend Rosie Harris) went along to watch (rather than run) and he met up with Dame Kelly Holmes who is apparently; "A lovely lady and very down to earth." We supplied cereal bars for the goodie bags after the event and they were very well received, afterall wholegrain cereals do give you lasting energy and Bill still eats a lot of them even though he doesn't run marathons any longer. You can find out more about the event here.

Thank you so much to Jordans for the generous support at The Children's Mutual Tunbridge Wells Half Marathon! The bars were really fantastic in the goody bags and very well received by the hungry runners after their race. Hope to work with you again in 2011. Thank you ! Tunbridge Wells Harriers

That's me in the picture - what a lovely surprise! I'm one of the many Tunbridge Wells Harriers that help organise the Half marathon. We had a marvelous day on Sunday, despite the weather. Jordans' support with our event is MUCH appreciated & goes down so well with all the runners. The comments we've had on 'Runners World' about the goodie bag - cereal bars & Minis have been great! Running & Jordans go so well together. I can personally vouch for the deliciousness of the Minis as I was sooo hungry after running around helping all day on Sunday, I ate 2 bags on the trot - yum! Big thank you to Paul for his enthusiasm & Jordans for their continued support! Rosie
