Inside Jordans
Feel Good Be Happy
Is breakfast the most important meal of the day?

Waking up feeling fuzzy is nature’s way of telling you that while asleep, your body has been hard at work repairing itself. As a consequence, energy levels are now very low. Eat breakfast & you’ll not only feel more energetic, your concentration, mood and performance will significantly improve.
Breakfast can help you manage your weight better too. This is probably because you reduce the chances of mid-morning cravings for snack foods that are high in calories and fat.
So, tuck into a warming bowl of porridge or nutritious muesli every morning. The energy in the wholegrains will be released slowly into your bloodstream throughout the day – keeping you going for longer in-between meals.

Since starting to take breakfast about 6 months ago, my taste buds have changed and i prefer nutty and oat flavours, compared to the sugar rush i used to have. Plus have lost over a stone in weight which is a big bonus
After many years of rushing off into early morning traffic each morning, with nothing more than a piece of toast and a cup of coffee inside (- "no time to make a proper breakfast!") I decided to try having fruit juice and muesli instead and bought a bumper size pack of Jordans. After a few days of this regime I felt more alert, had more energy and was generally in a much better frame of mind to tackle the day ahead. - I would now never ever go back to the person I used to be. Many Thanks..
A healthy breakfast sets you up for the rest of the day. Without it I tend to pick and nibble on unhealthy rubbish and still not feel full. I alternate between museli and porridge.
The well known saying is "Breakfast like a king" and I agree. My ideal is to start with healthy crunchy cereal plus a banana then a hot cooked breakfast plus toast and marmalade. Oh and a mug of tea of course!
Definitely inspired a feel good factor!
