A few months ago we ran a competition to win a days baking with Cara Hobday. Cara creates all the recipes for our website and yesterday our competition winer Ilene joined us for a day of cooking in Cara's London kitchen. Ilene's winning recipe for Blackberry Muesli Squares used our Super Berry Muesli and was absolutely delicious. Also on the menu were a selection of baked goodies, recipes for which will be added to the recipe section of our website next week.

Thank you Ilene for coming all the way into London for the day. To Cara who's recipies were as tasty as ever. And to William, our photographer who admirably survived having three women all telling him what to do for the day, we didn't even tire of his slightly off the wall jokes.
